This bright and fruity coffee comes to you from the less common Gidami region in Ethiopia. The Asikana Farm and processing mill sources the cherries from the yet to be well developed Gidami farming community north of Yerga Cheffe. Enjoy this high-elevation coffee (1500-1700 masl) of wild local varietals that are dried on the tree and therefore a variant of the natural process. Flavor profiles are fresh orange peel, stone fruit, cacao, floral, and a light body.
