This unique Vietnamese coffee is a rare specialty grade “Fine” Canephora Robusta. In partnership with our friends at Kharmic Circle Coffee Trading we import this unique coffee. Mr Toi owns and operates the Future Coffee Farm in the southern province of Lam Dong Vietnam at 700-950 masl. Only a few years ago Mr Toi, like most local farmers, produced only commercial grade robusta. Now after improving both farming and processing practices we are able to reliably import his specialty robusta green coffee. Both honey anaerobic and natural anaerobic are produced. Whole ripe TR varieties (TR138, TR11, TR4 and TR9) cherries are harvested and then the whole cherries are placed in stainless steel tanks at 20 degrees Celsius for fermentation for 72 hours. No added yeast. Then raised bed dried for 10-12 days.
