The Yellow Bourbon is a vibrant heirloom coffee with consistent annual cup quality over 84+ and is wash processed. The beautiful family run El Carmen Estate is located in the Santa Ana mountains in Western El Salvador. They process both coffee cherries from their own orchards as well as surrounding farms. The wet mill is a well run facility that also has capacity for honey, natural and anaerobic coffees. Don Fernando and family have owned and been operating El Carmen since 1920. Elevation is 1350+ MASL. Flavor profiles are citrus orange, green apple, floral, clean finish and light body.
