This is the rarest coffee we have ever imported! Vietnam’s farms each year increase their abilities to produce excellent specialty coffee and 96B Project is no exception. We are proud to introduce our first LIberica species of coffee! Coming to us from producers Hanna and Thai (owners of the 96B Project) in the Quang Tri region of central Vietnam. Liberica has unique flavors that differ sharply from most arabicas and robustas. To add to the special flavor notes of this coffee it has been processed as a natural anaerobic. Flavor profiles are sweet stevia leaf, malted grain and mild acidity, with a good body. Also of note: Liberica has roughly half the caffeine of Arabica!
