The ThyThy Farm is a new Vietnamese producer to the United States and we are very glad to be able to consistently offer their specialty green coffee for your roasting enjoyment! As always, we are grateful for our importing partnership with Rae and Daniel at Karmic who first pioneered this relationship. Working with the same Yellow Catuai cherry growers each harvest and the subtle yeast fermentation is what makes this coffee a reliably complex and bright cup. Flavor profiles are grapefruit, toasted grain, with good acidity and medium body.
