We hope you enjoy this Vietnamese Java, which is actually a delicious and prized less common arabica varietal (and often gets confused in English speaking countries for the historical slang term for coffee due to the Indonesian island of Java, where most the worlds coffee used to ship from). The Vuong family is all about coffee and family. Led by two brothers who chose to return to their family farm over working in Sài Gòn with their university degrees. The cherries grow at elevations over 1300 meters and consistently deliver a unique and complex cup. Only available in the United States for a few years, we are glad to being you this hard to find specialty green and are always grateful for our partnership with Rae and Daniel at Karmic who pioneered this relationship.
